I found everything brand-new, recommend it to everyone. Clean, hip new hotel, I really enjoyed neat rooms and exceptional staff. The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was great, just 5 minutes walk from Franciscan Church.

The brand-new hotel offers plenty of tidy and silent rooms with a good and incredible location just a short walk from Franciscan Church. The food is amazing, and they have plenty of delicious meals.

The location was very central, the room was very spacious and comfortabel , the bathroom was huge.The staff were very friendly and the an evening meal was included in price

Helpful, friendly and good-humored staff. Excellent parking facilities. A lovely hotel in the heart of Subotica. Very good value for money. It's a fact that we will stay there again in the future.

Breakfast buffet was a bit boring with a bit poor food selection. Toilet was somehow... smelly, but nevertheless it was clean and spacious.

The staff were very helpful, pleasant and good-humoured... without exception. The hotel is bang in the middle of town, within a short walk of the train station. It is well-maintained and looks great. We had the spa to ourselves both days, which was lovely. The beer is cheap, the wine is good, the food was great and the service is excellent.

Nothing at all. It deservs all four of its four stars.

This accommodation is perfectly situated for anyone visiting the heart of the city. It has convenient parking facilities that make moving around easy. it's located almost in the city center, which is perfect for a short walk to nearby attractions. the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes.

The smoking area nearby makes the entrance and reception area smell like smoke, which may be unpleasant for some guests.

This is a very well presented hotel with all staff pleasant, helpful and English speaking. Subotica is a small town but with significant tourist attractions and the Gloria Lux is located in the very centre opposite the town hall. The rooms are of good size, high quality and with excellent furniture and fittings. Dinner was included in the price, with both dinner and breakfast being most enjoyable. Subotica is good value for tourists overall and the Gloria Lux is certainly in that category.

It is advertised as 4* and overall easily has that feel about it. However, there are various small issues which might not have been expected. There is no choice for dinner with only a set starter and main course. Some of the crockery had small chips along the rim. There was a lingering smell from the toilet/shower room which I took to be the drainage design (a problem which seems to be endemic to this part of Europe). My room was on the top floor with high windows which made any views very restricted. However, these are all points noted rather being distractions to my overall enjoyment.

Free parking onsite provided. Silent & good modern room, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in there. Excellent service and peaceful and convenient location adjacent to the main square, church and garden and all sightseeing.

Gloria provides great value for your money. The rooms are better equipped than in many 5* hotels at a fraction of the price. The staff is friendly and there is also a small spa area in the hotel.

Location is perfect, very friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast was ok, but not extraordinary. We did not have any problems with smelly toilets etc. The spa is good if you do a city trip, but it is not enough for a spa-hotel. The hotel is the perfect choice for a city trip
